Purpose of the association / project status

Regionale KRAFT e.V. is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting and researching regional prosperity. PlusPlus is a research and pilot project on regional referral marketing run within this association. Operations are currently carried out by the association until a separate company has been founded for this purpose — this legal notice will be updated accordingly at that time.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
